I have a bench out in my back yard. I go out there with the wife and watch the sun go down. I did this before I juiced my apples too.
i did 315 for 5 on saturday with no spotter.......most ever maxed was 365 i think....haven't maxed in a long time though, don't have a training partner anymore usually
I usually rep out around 325...... although the other day 375 three times clean. I usually never go that heavy... just feeling froggy... Kinda excited to see how much strength I gain on my new cycle.
300 for sets of 10 but never maxed i have a home gym with no spotter so im sol i guess
my max is in the 4's
but I can do about 10 reps of 315 for 3 sets

Honestly, 405 for 3 reps, regularly(off cycle) 315 for 8-10 reps then 365 for 3-4 reps, maxing out hurts to much, I am getting older....
Not saying i'll hit it though lol
some impressive benches there, what do u think was key to getting your bench up. like do u use negative reps, forced reps ect ect

wow i thought this would have been a real thread... but everyone is being funny...
anyways before my current cycle my bench went from 225x5 ( i do multirep max's) and i just did 285x5 for my last set today.... I'm pretty happy with that... but i bet i can do more if i dont do a full workout first...
1. because its ****ing retarded
2. flat bench pressing is the most dangerous thing you can do in a weight room
3. maxing out on the flat bench press is even worse
(powerlifters aside because nobody lifts like them)
4. usually, not saying you in particular, but people who make these threads characteristically are small fat guys who's bench press max is 185-250, whose ego depends on the bench press even though their body resembles pizza and beer

thats good, dont know wat mine is coz its all killos in my gym but last time i tried one rep max on the deadlift i did 255kg, i would love to have a go at one of those world strongest man contests to see if i could pick up the back end of a really small car, obviously wouldnt be able to do the bigs vans and stuiff they do
