Calculate your strength increase, if any, among 6 different exercises considering the weights you were able to lift prior your first cycle and the ones you could raise at the end of you cycle, including also pct.
The exercises are:
1. Squat
2. Military Press (seated)
3. Bench Press
4. Lat Machine
5. 1 Dumbbell (biceps)
6. 1 Dumbbell (triceps)
So, I am going to make an example on number 1 but it can be worked on all the others.
Before the 1st cycle one could lift 300lbs while at the end of pct 420lbs, so the strength increase was:
(420-300)/300*100 = 40%
Do the same calculation on all the 6 exercises and then get the average and a rough idea of your increase (we cannot do better than this on a simple post).
For example:
1. 40%
2. 25%
3. 52%
4. 10%
5. 0%
6. 22%
Avrg (40+25+52+10+22)/6 = 24,83% S.I.
