Training is going well. Consistent and feel pretty good. Will be 40 next month. Back recently from a bit of a hiatus myself.
Kids are great, older daughter a sophomore in college and younger one a freshman in HS. Good kids and proud of them.
Little guy is in kindergarten wow.. it's been a while bro I'm thinking almost a couple years. Lots of guys will be happy to see you back.

Big salad w/ 10 oz. grilled chicken breast, alfalfa sprouts, lettuce, spinach, 1.5 oz. shredded mozzarella, a handful.of cranberries, and 2 Tbs. of watered down 60 cal dressing. Finish this off and it's off to bed for me. :)
A shot for nausea and pill for later....plus 2 antibiotics. chipro is one.
