Did legs session today out of need to train. Chest was still sore quite a bit so I did not want to hit shoulders so I went with legs.
Does my routine look good?
Monday - chest/biceps/calves
Tuesday - legs/core
Wednesday - rest
Thursday - back/rear delt
Friday - delt/ triceps
Sat/sun - off day.
Only got cardio in yesterday....shooting for chest this morning.
Got a gym about 10 mins away from the hotel. Hopefully everyone doesn't want to go to dinner tonight. Would much rather go eat on my own and hit it. Then eat again.. :)

Flat BB bench (Smith machine)

Work 5-rp-2-rp-static hold about 1/3 way from top for 8x1000 count. Had to lock it in after that.

Lots of stretching in between sets....well a little over a minutes' worth.
At the anterior head of shoulders where pecs run in .....well it feels like it's made of pudding. Think I got it right?

Hey Igi - I have to travel some (not as much as you it seems) and the first thing I do after getting a hotel, is to ask about close gyms. Makes the other ladies in my department roll their eyes lol.
But my question is how do you eat clean on the road?
I take most of my own food, at least for the first few days. But it's not easy. I try to bring boiled eggs, tuna packages, lots of protein powder.
Do you have any better ideas?

Eating clean on the road can be challenging, and many days I'll start the day with a bar/shake and then stop somewhere for breakfast. I love diners because you can always get oats and they make your eggs anyway you want. Sometimes I'll ask for 8 boiled eggs or ask them to scramble 4 whole eggs and 4 whites, banana, and maybe a plain bagel or wheat toast (no butter).Quote:

No. I probably average 6-7 meals a day. Variety as stated along with a lot of eggs, cottage cheese and so on. Creature of habit here but it pays off in the long run. Usually before I eat a meal I always ask myself "what is this going to do for me." It seems to help me make better decisions.

I actually missed the gym. Had a sort of family emergency after I drank my pwo so I was nice and primed to overreact due to being amped and in angry gym mode. Lol. Sometimes I can't do anything but laugh at some of the shyt life throws at us. Nobody got hurt and it all worked out - I just didn't work out. :)
Doing chest tonight. I hope monday isn't national chest day. if it is I'll do something else. Its been 3 days so anything is game. I'm rested.
Strained my neck muscle really good today doing shoulders. Went too heavy on the lateral raises. Now I can turn my neck, ughhhhhh. So I guess no gym tomorrow. Hate this because it throws me out of wack. But oh well sprains and statins come with the territory. Will rest the body and come back strong in a day or two. Hate getting old,lol
Happens from time to time to me as well and its no fun. If you can, work on it with ice, massage and stretching, it can really help. I've had it bad where it kept me out for days, other times I'm fine the day after next.
If you're able to get in there and do some cardio, you could do that. Heal up big!

I use a roller when I get those and it seems to really help.

I'm back now so I can type on my computer instead of my phone, cant type so good on my phone fingers to big and it predicts everything wrong so I am back.
Just been to0 the gym and drop setted hack squats, nothing to much just 5n plates a side right down to one plate, I did go with high reps but my legs blow up, then I went straight in v stand hammer squats and killed them. My back was playing up so couldn't go really heavy but worked out well.
Stomach is bloated due to the amount of food ive been eating lol

I am getting better at telling servers what I need - even to the point of saying I'd like X number of ounces of beef/chicken when it's necessary. I also go to Golds, and it does help alright, or I go wherever is closeby.
One thing I can say for certain is that hotel gyms stink!! Useless
I don't think I travel again until February, so I may have figured it out by then haha.

Have been busy with work but nailing my training.
Legs went well. Could hardly walk the day after with doms in my quads.
Chest and biceps was short and sweet.
2nd session for shoulders using HIT. Lookin forward to see if lifts or even I hit an extra rep.
