So I almost called it quits and retired today. Pretty much did a full body work out, 2 exercises for each part to get back going for next week after the 4 day break I took. Last thing deading and I pulled a serious muscle or something. Left side, right on the side, exactly below my ribs. Hurts when I cough, twist or anything, fair amount of pain. Im icing it, took a few soma's and a perk. I was real pissed off, but I gathered myself and said to myself if I had my spud with me I probably wouldn't have had the issue. It pretty bad, one of those you know you fuked up. So its would seem my tri is shot and now my lower back. I think its time for me to be a lazy fuk and not train anymore, I really sick of this shit.
Sorry for whining but Im pissed. On top of that.............Then I went to target, had to piss, every time I go in a public bathroom like that you can be assured somebody is shitting in there. Sure enough, blown out, guy was just flushing. So I gag a little, he washes his hands, I just walk out. All of a sudden he's next to me and my wife in the womans section on his phone, by himself. So he keeps walking next to me, around me and Im 2 seconds from punching this asshole and my wife says lets go. I go to the mens section and he's walking by there, now Im about to flip, my wife dragged me out there. Rant over.
