bench: 345lbs (1rep) (6 months ago)
squat: 515lbs (5reps) havent tried 1 rep max
dead: 365lbs (5reps) havent tried 1 rep max [I must make a revision effective immediately: 415lbs (3reps)] (go me!) :7up:
^^yeh thx samson.. i dunno if they r or not i know i lift more than most i see in the gym i go to, even guys bigger than me.. (most of em fatter too :)) my deadlift i just started doing 6months ago and am a little reluctant to go really heavy. i can do 315 x 10 with no prob.. i cant guess what my 1 rep max would be. i need to get more experience with the lift to understand proper technique as im sure i have a lot of room for improvement! :)
Can't trust those bod pods! :)Quote:

Fvck Marcus. Nice bi shot.
I've never really done maxes honestly. At my strongest I could squat 315x14 and bench 224x15. That was around 200 pounds and i'm 5 8.

Not as impressive as some of you guys, but I'm happy with my numbers lol. I'm working my ass off to get them up!

I don't get to play this round cause I don't do bench press at all or heavy squats for a max, just high reps

You don't have to spend much time in the gym to accomplish the body you are looking for or the conditioning you want. I only work out two days a week typically. Now that I'm "bulking" for the first time in a really long time I go to the gym every day- but I'm there for 15 minutes. I go in and do 2 sets and I'm out.

The ideology of "warming up" is to get your cardiovascular system ready to start pumping blood at a rate fast enough to feed muscle tissue being broken down. For that- I ride my bike to the gym which is a mile away in the summer and during the winter I do a 5 min routine on the treadmill I created back in college.
Chest Day:
Set 1: Flat Bench Drop Set: 425 x 1, 415 x 1, 315 x 6-8 (I can't do 425 but I give it everything trying)
Probably both
Geez I feel weak. . .
B 275 x4
S 315 x6
D 315 x6
Neither actually. I don't know what my true 1RM is. True 1RM means the exact weight you can complete 1 FULL REP WITHOUT CHEATING. I can do 365 x 6 clean without a spot. I can do 415 x 1 cleanwithout a spot. Can I do 425... don't know. Last time I tried no... but that was last time I tried. I might be able to bang out 425 now. I'm bulking so next chest day I'll try and let you know. I'll video tape it for you fat ass :stickpoke
Whatever little man! You better just stick to the 300's where you belong!
My numbers are stupid and make no sense...
28yr 5 10"
181 raw open ( these were done out of comp at 185lbs) last week i had a super great day and hit stupid high on incline, I havent tried a max flat in months but I would have taken it that day if i was on flat
bench 365
squat 440
dead 455
I'll race you to 425. I wouldn't doubt if I could do it already so you may have already lost, lol. I can do 415 clean for a rep already. I work out Chest on Wed next week. I had to move my schedule around because of work travel. I doubt hotels have 425 lbs in free weights, lol
Just finished my chest workout in the shitty hotel gym. They only have 4 plates but I never venture past 225 on the odd occasion I lay on bench... Two dozen reps is a nice burn though. My start incorporating it again
5'5" 170lbs
Due to lack of a trusted spotter bench and squats are done on machines so no max for those. Best deadlift was 405 at around 160-165lbs. Currently doing 365 for 4 reps as the last working set EO week.
Indeed! I'm not brave enough to ask a random in the gym for a spot. One slip and shit could get real ugly in a hurry.Quote:

Bench- 355
Squat-525
Dead- 495
Fatter and heavier than a holy hell so the numbers don't mean much.
Bench 315 x1
Squats and deads are out with a bad back :(
This last run I did.....
Bench 350 x 4
Squat 365x 6
Deadlift 315 x 6
My deadlift and squat suffer due to spine injuries :(
Ill give it more time before i contribute to this thread lol, these stats make me look soft!
