Try just going above maintenance calories and keep your head calm, don't worry about it, you won't gain a lot of fat. Your metabolism will speed up from the increase in food anyway. Keep training for gains and let your body reset and go for a cut much later, this time starting at a lower bodyfat level... since you have documented so much you have data to look back on and try and improve your protocols. I did like 3 cuts in 2016 just to get it right and one in 2017 which I still did mistakes in but yielded good results, no muscle/strength loss. My problem is I have a huge appetite lol during my cuts I eat lots of veggies just to stuff myself and go on with life without hunger pangs.
Hmm nope actually, even if you got 1st place from all three remaining judges, tarmyg would need last place (0pts) from all three, and then if charger gets second last he beats you. But there is a theoretical chance you get top 3. If you already knew their paypal addresses or something you could give them a tip.

Today's work out: Get in the truck, out of the truck, in the truck, out of the truck, etc. And to finish it off, I did lift some heavy steel to place on a pipe that two young bucks could not do by themselves so I did it for them while they went to find help. Diet was great but all the getting in and out of the truck has be worn out, plus dealing with all the "bosses" that were on site and the typical BS that goes with having all the "bosses" on site.
I think everyone needs to be in first place and get a ribbon or a trophy!!

I do not want to take away from any of the competitors or the winner (whoever it may be). I am going to start a new thread “ on the road to my first NPC”. I would like competitors, judges, and any one else to criticize or assist me in my journey. I am like a sponge right now. Sometimes it is the simple comments that make a difference. I would even like comic relief because I have not yet mastered the mental aspect outside of the gym. DLP I expect you to keep me real and not fully absorbed!
Bullshit!. I had a harder time placing anything other than the first 3. I was serious when I said I literally had hours trying to decide on rankings. LOL, I sat at my desk comparing pics, writing down rankings, then sitting it to the side and repeating the process. That was in addition to the time I spent at lunch/break time @ work. Seriously not an easy task.
Everyone made great strides so it wasn't an easy at all.

Now work has leveled off, other than the new "superintendent" that I call high speed, I will be back at the gym and able to get more workouts in. I knew this new job was going to mess up my workout for this comp. Wife did go to that early class with the chick with the huge boobs and is so tiny. She called me after the class just to talk about her and how she can stand up with tits so big on such a small frame. And she confirmed they are real. She saw her in the locker room. :)

Thanks man! I saw it and knew about the twisting but The other things are great feedback. I am used to posing in front of a mirror but I didn’t have a mirror. I need to get the feel down.
I have one pose that I added to my routine that I have no idea how to do correctly that I will post because I am sure that you can assist.
