January 2018 Most Improved Competition[FINISHED: RESULTS IN POST #6]
Ladies and gentlemen, the moment we have all been waiting for has come.
This competitions criteria is most improved physique in terms of muscle gain and fat loss.
The competition starts today, January 2nd, and lasts 12 weeks, until March 27th.
The judges for this competition are rnsplg, almostgone, kelkel, hollowedzeus, GearHeaded, marcus300, NACH3 and Quester.

Two judges gave tarmyg the win and two gave charger the win. One gave guitarzan the win. Only one point difference between the top two!
This was very fun to follow but tough at times with all the difficulties that arise in life... Hope we can have more of these in the forum as it lets us learn more about each other and connect.
If there's anything I'd hope is more members to try this out, put yourself on the line and give it all you can, you're on a steroid forum because you want to improve yourself, then show us your best. I'll even coach you

Got a good hit workout in, was dead by the time I got to cardio. This working out fasted gonna take some getting use. Got 15 mins of cardio, gotta get use to that too!

Look at the light grey small text on the bottom of that post My work is lots of cardio... I tried adding cardio but felt like crap and felt I'd sacrifice the training. I only cut properly the first half, then upped the calories slowly to maintenance and managed to shed even more fat (probably due to the peptides, I think they actually work). With trenbolone you might be able to recomp very well, don't know though haven't tried it.
