This is basically where I started almost a year ago. I figured that I’m going to have to take pictures every week to keep my butt to the grind. I got out of the habit over the last 5-6 weeks after having done progress pics each week.

I wish that I had pictures of my journey from 5 years ago. 245 lbs. I intentionally did not want pictures because I was so ashamed of my body. I got down to 165 and have been adding muscle ever since.

I think that I peaked this morning. Cramps at night, even in my foot. I freakin lost 7 lbs yesterday. Probably more, since I loosened up the diet at night... no junk food, but I didn’t measure the food.
I think most of it was water.... I guess you could say that I was alll wet. LOL

For this comp about 17lbs, overall about 25lbs. I was doing Keto 6-8 weeks before we started. But I kinda was doing a recomb. In the before pic I was 215ish. When I started lifting I went up to 225-230 for awhile trying to build up muscle mass because I had atrophied so bad in my right leg from the surgeries. Plus it’s easier to drop BF when you have 8-10lbs more muscle.
Keto takes a little bit to get use to, but once your body starts burning fat for fuel, it's not that bad. I don't like cause you can't cheat on it
