The lack of beards is also disturbing.
Just waiting on the lady to show up and take pictures for me. I refuse to try and monkey into position while holding a phone in front of a mirror, or retake 30 times because I am retarded with positioning while using a delay timer.

I'm getting assistance on tweaking my diet to better target macro intake and insulin timing.
Also will be changing up my gym routine to keep it fresh!

Also the only day I do any cardio...10 mins on the cycle twice a week is good enough. I can’t afford to burn too many calories!
50 min fasted cardio in morn. Approx -500 cals
pull day in evening
regular breakfast (Going forward, my regular breakfast will be oatmeal with blueberries (all unsweetened) four egg whites and one yolk.)
microwave low-cal bs 1 hr before gym
steak and low cal mushroom soup for dinner
Can’t stand going to the gym at this time. It’s packed!! Having to wait for a squat rack pisses me off
I've been doing test/tren/mast for my fall-holiday recomp. I added the EQ partly because it has always increases intensity for me but more importantly, I'm E2 sensitive so that test/EQ puts me at almost a gram of 'test' without the estrogen.
The Dbol is targeted n low dose cuz this batch upsets my stomach at even 30/day
After conversations with GH, with my bulk goal, and because I had it available, we decided to add the NPP.
I expect to be phasing out the tren at some point entirely and then switch to something more appropriate for a cut the last couple weeks to trim the bulk fluff.
Playing the late game by ear tho.
