Leg extensions ss with leg curls 4 sets 6-8 reps
Leg press 6 sets 6-8 reps. Set a PR on these. I did 3 45s + a 25 each side for 3 reps in my last set. I know that’s not a lot for most of you guys but keep in mind when I started in September I was barely doing a 25 on each side!
Almost one more week finished and shoulders are really coming along. That and face changes first for me.
