Major cramping problems???
Im telling you ever since ive done my cycle . i get major muscle cramps after my workout , i drink tons of water and eat banana's 2 a day , my forearms get wicked cramped after a back workout .and if i flex a muscle to much it cramps right up.
any ideas for me to solve this????

why not take a potassium supplement along with your bananas?
not too sure for the cramping reasons but that used to happen to me alot then I started supplementing with potassium and it went away. Give it a shot.

Stretch stretch stretch, did you know that your back can be your tightest muslce group? Stretch, maybe try doing a few "warm up" back exercises before you actually start your workout. I used to have that problem with my chest, until I started stretching and doing warm up sets before I actually start pounding my chest with the heavy weights. I bet this helps, try it.
