tired at work but can't sleep at home
i've been noticing that i'm having trouble sleeping at night and that i'm tired all day. i recently upped my test e doseage from 500mg/week to 1000mg/week and it seems like it drastically increased this side effect. i'm also taking tren at 50mg a day. i've been sleeping on my lunch break instead of doing cardio like i usually do to catch up. does the lose of sleep increase as the cycle goes on?

Its the tren . Would not use vararian it tends to leave me hungover the next day. melatonin sounds good.
