    fast acting deca or longer acting?

    Which deca is better then NANDROLONE DECONATE or the NANDROLONE PHENYLPROPIONATE? or are they best equally the same? about to start a cycle with sustanon 250 and deca and wasnt sure which deca to use

    Well if you are injecting the sust eod then go with the nnp, if you are only shooting once or twice per week go with the deca . Usually it depends if you are bulking or leaning out... Diet will determine your gains.
