First of all, you are 19 years old, why would you want to start HRT now. You will only damage yourself. those ranges aren't bad and can be improved with other methods

do you just go to a doc and ask to get blood work done?

Have you used AAs before? And if so how soon before the blood work did you come off?

It will hard to get a doc to give you a script at that age, but, if you tell them that your energy is low and your libido is affected, they may give in. Instead of testosterone depot, try HCG . This will improve your levels, bringing them to the optimal number without inhibiting your natural production.

The optimal level of IGF-1 that a doc will feel comfortable brining you to is around 450-480 ug/l. For you that is a 100 point increase. Bring this up to your doc and see what he says. You would feel much better with that 100 pt increase!!!

I would also try some natural Testosterone boosters like Tribulus Terrestris. That particual one works well for me and many others on this site. I use it as part of my PCT to help boost it back up.

It all depends on the doc. A lot of clinics are getting shut down because they are just a "backdoor" for cosmetic drug use. You have to prove you need elevated IGF-1 and testosterone for your well-being and improved health, NOT TO GET BIG! This is what scares docs. Your family doc may perscribe IF he is knowlegable on these hormones. You would probably have better luck at a clinic.

Tribulus, ZMA, anything that boosts natural test production could work to get them back to adequate levels.
OR
If you want to get them back to natural + some (which it sounds like you do, for muscle building), talk to a doc, or hey, give Oasis a call. Click the banner on our site here, im sure you can get something from them.
