Hi Im Starting My Testosterone Cypionate Cycle Today @ 200mg Mondays And Thursdays...should I Take Nolvadex Everyday??? Thanks

u dont need to run it everyday but if ur gyno prone u might want to. u can cycle and see if u get any sides . if u get gyno durin ur cycle i think ur supposed to run it at 80mg a day till it goes down. im not positive though on that dosage.

To be on the safe side run the Nolva at 10mg/ED, bump to 20mg/ED if signs of gyno.

Nolva will NOT get rid of gyno just prevent it.

AT LEAST take 10mg ED.. i use 20mg ED.. up to you, i wouldnt risk those sides!

prevents estrogen conversion, and nasty sides like gyno..
it'll stop you from looking like a water bottle
note: you hold less water - because it prevents estrogen storage etc. and estrogen holds water.

personally i think, its one of the most important things to a cycle, along with test use, and pct!

If this is your first cycle, I would NOT run nolva until/unless you note gyno symptoms. One objective of your first cycle is to determine how prone you are to gyno or other estrogen related sides. If you take a prophylactic dose of nolva, you won't know this.

Have enough on hand for a strong dose for the duration of your cycle. DON'T use it unless you need it. Learn how your body reacts to the test! For subsequent cycles, a light dose, maybe 10mg/day, throughout your cycle, is not a bad idea. In addition to blocking est from making your tits grow, it also improves your lipids profile.

If your nips itch or ache, or get significantly bigger, or even worse, you notice lumps behind or around them, you need to start nolva right away. I would do 100mg/ED for the first few days, tapering down as symptoms subside. Once you start, run it through the end of pct at a minimum of 20mg/ED. It is unlikely that you will have a prob at 400mg/week, though.

Im on my very first cycle ever of 400mg test-e a week, an I am doing 10mg a day of nolva. Should I stop the nolva and see how I do on gyno, risk it? Im on week 7, gained 12lbs so far and holding.
