Need alittle more Help AGAIN!!

Ok sooo guys i pretty much have a good idea what im doing for my first cycle. I just had one last question. Proviron ...does anyone use it still and if so what do you/they think of it?

I heard some use it in place of Novaldex but theres this new stuff call Letro i heard of which seems popular.

I did read some stuff about proviron being really good for you along with lowering water retention so was leaning to that. Let me know what you guys think.

Also seems like i cant PM anyone for some info thats not supposed to be asked here and i heard id have to post like a certain amount of times. Well ill do that but if someone wants to either email me or contact me via MSN or Yahoo or even AOL thats kool or i can keep posting whatever till im able. So what do you plan for your first cycle? I'm hoping it's just test e, and if so i dont think you should run letro. Letro is pretty serious stuff and with just test e, you can combat sides with arimidex .

Stats? Age, bf%, goals, training experience, what is your planned cycle?

HAHA sorry i was typing from my phones internet. Now im home finally. OK so 12 weeks of Test Cypionate ...basically the novice cycle from the first page of this site.

Says i can do Dbol with it but undecided on that. Is that better? Im trying to gain bulk and then cut. Again sorry for the weird one before...hard to type sometimes from a phone

No one has still said anything about if proviron is as good as say arimidex or novaldex for water rention btw. Or if anyone has had it what were your thoughts on it

its alright man.... yea for a first cycle 400mg of test cyp a week is a good start .. basic pct will be ok for you... on this cycle... good luck...

for a first cycle, stick with this bro

Test e 500mg/w 1-12w
MAYBE dbol 40mg/ed 1-4w

most feel it is best to run just test e to see how your body responds, making sure you time your injections every 3.5 days for stable blood levels.

If you want to bulk, dbol will do the job for a kickstart for weeks 1-4.

You might want to run some nolvadex or arimidex to combat estrogen as dbol will aromatize and you certainly want to avoid that.

Also, check out the pct forum for a good pct, it is the most important part of a cycle!

OH good info. Yeah ive done Dbol before and responded very well. I think it might be ok to try both and if i feel weird ill stop the dbol. Arimidex it is. Some take it in the end and some during. Whats your views on that?

Run the arimidex throughout your cycle to prevent estro sides.

for pct, use aromasin /nolva

just make sure you're fully educated before you start and you have the proper pct drugs before you start. Theres nothing worse than someone running a cycle and encountering the need for anti e's or serms and not having them.

take all the time you need to make sure ALL your questions are answered before you jump into the cycle, you'll thank yourself for doing it later.

AH yes i know...i always do tons of research. cycles arent jokes...you can seriously mess yourself up and i dont intend on it. I plan on buying everthing i need so i dont have to want it later for sure. I already have a list which is just Test CYP,DBOL ,arimidex and nolva for pct.

Now i just need to work on supplements like muscle milk or iso protein

the right diet is not going to loose weight .... if you can loose weight eating 4000 cals a day and 350g protien.... than you have a lighting metabolic rate..

True VERY true...we shall see how it works. Last time i did Dbol by itself with Nolva i gained just fine. Although my diet wasnt nearly as clean as it could have been but rectifying it this time.

Ok so basically your saying to split the 500 in 250 one on monday then another say weds mid-day?

And its good to mix with grapeseed oil or cottonseed oil 1:1? Alittle nervours about jabs since its my first time

No need to cut test E with cotton or grapeseed oil.... People cut test prop to dull the pain.. Test E is painless IMO....
