    how do i spread out testoviron depot?

    I want to take 500 mg/week of testoviron depot. In one amp, 200 mg's is test e and 50 mg's is prop. If test e is long acting and prop is short acting, how do i spread this out throughout the week. thanks

    Also, are there any benefits to testoviron depot over regular test e cause i messed up and ordered depot instead.

    Testoviron is TE only

    Anyhoo - you can take that blend at 250mg E4D for 583mg per week...
