Have you tried herbal sleeping tablets?

More details. Why can't you sleep? Are you tired, or you just can't seem to fall asleep? I would see a doctor that specializes in sleep apnea. No sleep = very angry 1bdmfkr.

Is there any history in your family about sleeping? Give us more details that would be nice.

If your problem is that severe, I would see your doctor asap. He/she will assess your sleeping dilemma properly and you will not be leaving anything to chance or pills at GNC. My girlefriend has trouble sleeping at times and her doctor prescribed her meds that work wonders. I pretty sure her lack of sleep is not from doing a cycle though it might be from doing that CORE workout with Gunnar Peterson. Hit your doc up and you will be turning Z's in no time.

I would FIRST try melatonin. Also Valerian and Hops herbs can help. I have seen sleeping formulas with all of these in them. I can't remember the name off the top of my head, but there was a good formula I used from my local GNC that had these ingredients. It certainly helped. The thing about going to your doc and getting a pharmaceutical is that it could lead to a dependency on these drugs to even get to sleep. Try the more natural way first at least. You may drop $20 but it will be worth it to see if that is all you need. BTW - Melatonin is only a few bucks. Worth a try at least.
