    I find it does help slighty in cutting and loosing those "love handles" but i wouldn't run it on its own unless your trying to rid any gyno issues or using it as an anti-e during cycle.

    I've tried it. I don't think it really helps that much. It gives me joint pains, and I don't see any difference expept a very "dry" look.
