Tapering off is considered nowadays to be old school, but I coming to think that it may have some merit. The HPTA is a complex feedback system - by jumping straight into PCT, multiple axes are left out of equilibrium and all have to return to their normal values for you to recover. During this adjustment period, they may oscillate for a bit before they return to normal equilibrium (if they do). Estrogen rebound is an example of this.Quote:
