    Tough Old Man!!!!

    Ok So I didn't do anything but drink and smoke the last 20 years. Here's a picture of me taken today after lifting for the last 11 months. Have a lot of work to do. Note: last year B/F was at a whopping 33%.

    ur back is def. the biggest part on u. not lookin bad though. u are well under 32% bf. if i had to guess i would say 15-20%

    I was expecting a lot worse. Clean up your diet and do some cardio and you could look really good by the end of the summer. Very impressive size in my opinion.
