    Winstrol Dosage

    What would be a good effective dosage of winstrol , injectible, and if I decide to drink it, I know it will cut the effectiveness down a little but exactly how much and can I mix it up shooting/drinking? Oh and I almost forgot, I'm 5'9 210 and around 10 or 11% BF. And I'm just looking to cut up a little before I hit the before. I've ran a cycle before and it went fairly well. Just never done a cutting cycle.
