Finished my test Cycle / PCT question

Hello Guys,

I am about to finish my Test CYP cycle.

Very happy with the gain as i reached my target of losing most of my extra body fat and converting it into muscle weight.

As i explained before in an other post i only have Novla for PCT.

I would like to confirm with you if you think this is a good protocol:

40/40/20/20mg

Second question is shall i add an IA during the PCT ? Arimidex 0.25mg through the whole pct ?

Also i am wondering do you think 5 weeks off PCT is enough as after i'd like to go back on week 7 on an other test cycle.

You need to stay off longer than that. Typically time on + pct = time off. So if you did a 12 week test cyp cycle, you should wait 16 weeks AFTER completing pct.

If you ran an ai during cycle, no need for one during pct

Did you run an AI during cycle? What about HCG ? PCT is best when clomid and tamoxifen are run in tandem. 4 weeks for PCT usually about 14 days after final injection. Time off = time on plus PCT. So for 12 week cycle, time off before next cycle should be 12+4 = 16 weeks minimum (18 ideally since it's actually 12+2+4).

I did an AI during my cycle, and 2 injection of HCG a week the last two week of the cycle.

I cant get Clomid or Tamoxifen , i only get Nolvadex , what do u think ?

Nolvadex is tamoxifen . Definitely follow the time on=time off rule. Do a little more research as well.

You went straight from an andriol cycle into a cyp cycle. How long on each compound and what amounts per week?
