    t-3/clen Supplements

Getting ready for a contest in November and am trying a few different things. With these two compounds, should I keep my calories, carbs, and proteins high or just the protein I would assume? I usually just kept my proteins high and cut back on the other two. What do you guys think?

When I cut, my calorie reduction comes mainly from carbs. I try to keep fat consumption at a healthy medium level.

sounds good, I am going to start about 6 weeks before the show. I thought I should keep some extra carbs going just so I dont loose to much weight. I am going to try and stage at 265 this time instead of 250 this time.

I always keep my normal eating schedule while on clen t/3 from AR-R and if i start to lose muscle i bump up the carbs a liitle more. which usually doesn't happen.

ok, thanks for the reply. I am just trying new angles with the clen especially. I used to use it a lot but it kept me awake all night every night I remember. As for the bf% I can usually stage between 5 and 8% thanks to t-3.

"Contest" and "gear" may be redundant, but I have to ask are you PRESENTLY on aas? If not leave the T3 alone.

Agree. If you not doing some aas the t3 is going to play havoc on your muscle.
