supplementing
is it possible to supplement steroids ?
i have decent muscle, but its slightly hidden under a layer of fat...
i was wondering if i could throw a capsule into the supplements i take daily
right now i take: hydroxycut hardcore, green tea, CLA...
i do 20 minutes of cardio everyday and weight & resistance training every other day...
any help would be appreciated!

I'm not sure what you mean by "throw a capsule into the supplements I take..." throw in a capsule of what?
Diet and cardio are the best ways to trim the extra fat, do your cardio in the morning on an empty stomach.

if you want to get rid of an extra layer of fat id say that 20 minutes of cardio isnt even close to enough.. id go at least 45 to an hour dpending on how much u have to lose.. and diet is prob even more important than cardio... think about it.

IMO diet alone can well determine your bf as well.
