    1st Cycle Ever

    Hello everyone, is my first post here, im Portuguese, 23years 160LB and this is my situation.

    Iam ATM doing my first cycle ever, it stand in a

    10weeks Testex Cyp at 500mg a week

    30mg anabol daily in the first 4 weeks


    during the cycle ive been told to take 10mg nolva to prevent gyno
    and 25mg proviron also daily.

    i was reading some articules over testex and in some they say that some testicular shrinkage can appear.... this is a lower dose of Test, but in order to prevent any side effects, what can i take to prevent it...

    and id like to know what exacly will i take in PCT. Nolva and clomid?

    in this cycle is HCG need it?

    Have you ever worked out before? At 160lbs, sounds like you should put a hold on the cycle. I'm sure you'll hear all about your diet and you need to gain naturally first, but I'm going to answer your questions anyway. You'll probally end up doing the cycle anyways, might as well know what your doing.

    The cycle sounds ok. The way to combat ball shrinkage is with HCG . Which you can take during the cycle or during PCT. I personally never tryed during the cycle. Do a search of Anthony Roberts PCT and thats the way I run HCG.

    You'll see theres alot of different combos for PCT, its all trial and error per person. Goodluck.

    How tall are you? If you are 5'4" and 160lbs advice would be very different that if you were 6'2" and 160lbs, etc. Give us all the info we need to help you and you will get more responses.

    Hum u have some reason in what u say

    iam 23 years, 178cm and i work wout over 3 years. i start going to the gym with around 60kg and i got this year to 78kg and ATM i just cant put on weight, so i look to AS as a bridge to jump this barreer.
    I have a good diet that i follow every single day, i train well, i do my suplementacion ( whey, otmeal, casein, creatine, vitargo, VIT B, C , E fish oils ) and this is the reasons why i pick AS.

    I'd recommend posting your diet up in the diet forum for critique... just because you have a "good diet" doesn't mean its suited towards your goals. Even if you do steroids , with an insufficient diet your results are going to be minimal at best.

    i have the diet done, kind a hard translate it to english but iŽll do that today and then post it her efor your comments... this forum is 100000000 times filled with more information than everyother else i visit... realy awesome stuff.

    For your traslations I'd suggest you to ask for some help to hugovsilva...lol

    steroids would be a waste if diet is not correct ... i agree with the above statement ..... you need to post a diet and get it in check before venturing down the liquid road. ...

    Well m8Žs here is it. sorry if some names arent corect.

    07:30 – 200ml water + 25g Protein + 25g Vitargo 23p/23Hc

    08:00 – 5 egg whites + 150g oatmeal + 2 slices of turkey ham 30p/50/Hc
    1 Banana
    1 Multi Vita

    10:30 – 1 can of tuna / 200g grilled chiken / 100g White cheese /
    Or a protein shake 30p/10HC

    13:00 – 200g tuna grilled + 4 sweet patatos + salad
    200g grilled chiken with spaghetti + salad or rice
    1 pill Fish Oil


    16:00 - Same as 10:30

    18:00 - Pre Work out – As I had some carbs at 16:00 here I just take a protein shake with some oatmeal + 5gr BCAAA + 5gr Gluta

    20:00 - Cellmass

    20:15 – 200ml water + 50g Vitargo + 40 Whey Protein ON + 5 gr BCAA + 5gr Gluta
    1 Complex B
    1 Vi E 400iu

    21:30 – Diner. Same As Lunch
    1 fish oil
    1 multi

    23:00 – 100g white Cheese + 30g Casain + 200ml Skim milk


    This is arround 230g protein / 350 carbs / +/- 3500Kcal

    I doubt its enough to make your 3500 calories/day estimate.... you may want to retotal that.

    i could of had alot better results on my cycle if i was eating more. im 5'9 at 190 and 4500 cal. a day wasnt enough for my goal. eat eat eat and eat.

    iam starting the cycle this friday.

    i was wondering if id go more than 8 weeks is testex? like 10 or 12...

    is there any problem is i mix other type of test in this extra weeks, like sustenon or testoviron depot?
