Need Help....
Ok i just cut my finger doing dishes.. yeah i know but the glass broke now i just got back from ER and have 5 stitches in my pinky.
I am currently on a test e and EQ cycle.. I will probably be out of the gym for 2 weeks.
I should keep running the Test E and EQ as normal then just get back into the gym or?
and of course will i lose some gaines?
I am now in my fifth week
all advise is appreciated thanks

You cut your pinky and now you have to be out of the gym for 2 weeks?
....
You must have experienced a severe case of testicular atrophy from your cycle.

that does suck, bro.
but 5 stitches on the pinky (and above the knuckle at that)?
wow. Not alot of skin to pull to put stitches there.
I've had stitches on my fingers before....are they real tight?

yah, you definitely don't want to pop those stitches out.
It should start healing up enough that you can get back in there in a week.
I'd just take it easy, but still lift. play it by ear.

Like I said, I've had stitches in my fingers before.
I'd take a week off, still do some light cardio.
and after a week, you should be able to lift lightly.

lift real light, shvt load of reps, till total muscle failure, this will at least keep ur muscles stimulated while ur cycling

hit legs hard, extensions, sled, hamstring machine, etc. Lots you can do that don't involve your hands at all.

Get some lifting hooks. like the straps but that way you can still do back but dont have to grip the bar

I'm all about manning up, but if you push it and don't let it heal, you'll just end up setting yourself back further.
trust me, stitches on the hand are the hardest to heal.
so just take it easy.
