    Test E cycle dosage

    Hey fellas.

    My goal is total amt of Test E 250mg/ml to be 500mg per week.

    The question is can I shoot once a week 500mg or is it completly necessary to do twice per week eg. Monday (250mg ) and Thursday (250mg)?

    What are the results differences , please explain...

    Also, use the search button and you will find all your answers. We are here to teach and explain but you have to try and find the answers, atleast. It will help you lots in doing things correctly.

    Once you have researched a bit come back and ask your questions. You aren't ready to jump to the dark side, yet. But atleast you are asking the right questions.

    Monday/Thur, will give you more stable blood levels with less sides. Do a google search for half life calculators. You can plug in the values and see the difference.

    This is my second week running this Test E cycle and my a** is pretty sore. I can hardly turn over in bed, lay side ways on the couch, or running on the trendmill. Those are bad sides too, LOL. ANy suggestions?

    you should be rotating injection sites.

    Nope, you just have virgin muscle. It gets better as your technique improves. Try not to shoot too fast and dont let your hand shake. The more your hand moves the more pain you will be in the next day. Dividing the dose up into 2 shots (Mon/Thur) may help because you aren't injecting as much volume at one time.
    That being said you will always have soar muscles after you stick a sharp object into them and fill them up with oil.

    I am switching sides.
    I Read the post that was suggested...though my question has not been answered. Keep in I am not a pro bodybuilder, though I want my blood levels to remain steady for obvious reasons.

    Seriously a*s hurts. Can I pin once every 5?6?

    Everyone is giving you answers that will help you. Bodybuilding has nothing to do with your blood levels. Hence you aren't listening to advise.

    Last time on this one. Pin Mon/Thur or something equivalent to that. If you want to be exact then every 84 hours will give you twice per week.
    Rotate injection sites. R glute, L glute, R quad, L quad....

    Its not about being a body builder. If your going to use aas then you needto spend time, and effort to do this correctly

    I am 5'9, 190, 30yrs old
    workout 5 days week, cardio 3 days (recently )
    lean diet: 2,600 cal, 290 protein, 192 carbs, 54g fat
    IN my 2nd week
    500mg/ Test E ( Mon and Thurs )
    3iu's HGH will head to 4 next week
    50mg of winnie tabs (on 1-4)( break 4-7) (7-12)
    50mcg of T-3
    Clen 100mcg tiered 2 on/off
    Milk Thistle

    I don't want to bloat as this is a lean mass cycle for the summer so
    On hand Arimidex in case .

    can you pin test e once a week? yes. It probably wont effect your gains to much. But you will have more side effects. Acne, bloating and such. also consider you will be injection twice as much in that one shot so it will probably hurt you more. I wouldnt recomend doing it

    I have been doing thighs/quad now for a couple week, I have never done glutes. I could not bring myself to do the glutes and have little to no pain. 2x it felt like I had a bruise from bumping into something or a small charlie horse but that's it, no pain.

    If this is your first cycle I would drop the other compounds and just use test. If you must then the winny can be run for the last 4 weeks of your cycle and then 2 weeks after. The day after your last winny tab you start pct.
    weeks 1-12 test e 500mg
    weeks 8-14 winny
    weeks 15-20 pct

    One more thing. I am over 30 too. Get ready to have morning wood like you did 15 years ago. Its awesome bro.
