    benadryl substitute?? or other medcs?

    i cant find benadryl in here to take with my clen .... what can i take other than benadryl?

    Look for a sleep-aid. The active ingredient is diphenhydramine. Your gonna want to take at least 50mgs ed. TyenolPM and others carry it. I would start at target or walmart.
