    test prop ok for technically 1st timer?

    Ok, long story short I tried aas once about a year ago with bad effects. I didn't do research for crap, and kinda dived head first into it. Other than word of mouth from an ex colleague that supplied, I had no real knowledge. Can't remember what i used, but on the 5th injection it caused both of my knees to swell up about the size of small melons and I could barely walk. Now that I have access to test prop I really wanna try again (not what I used first time).

    I'm male, 21, 5'9", 178lbs, and about 22-24% bf but not exactly sure. Coming out of highschool I weighed 155, about 14%, and slowly got to the pathetic technically "overweight" status I'm at now. I hate the way I look and feel, and wanna try a cycle or so to get cut.

    My buddy can get me what I want, but I also stumbled across a site as well. Since I'm a newb here, and somewhat read all the rules, I'm not sure if i'm allowed to post the site or who I should ask if its ok to order from them.

    Anyways, I wanna do this right, and I want real answers from others that used this. I've tried searching lately, and just get a bunch of mixed answers on how/what to do. On top of it, there is some stuff I just plain don't understand. I go to college, but don't play sports. Other than a routine checkup, I have no real concern as far as getting tested for use. School starts back up at the end of this month and that means I will be hitting the gym at school again. I have full access to just about any form of weights and cardio related stuff.

    I know i may get flamed, or told to research more, but I really would appreciate any help. I know it takes hard work, excercise, eating right, etc to get the gains i'm wanting. I know if my buddy who use to be a fat ass turned sculpted model hopeful, I think I can at least aim at getting rid of this gut and getting a noticeable six pack back along with a more sculpted body.

    I can give up drinking, eating bad, smoking, and anything else. Again, any input is helpful. Sorry this is so long guys!

    ^^^^There is the best place to start. Stop smoking, stop eating bad etc. The key to your goal is going to be DIET. I don't care what gear you use, with a poor diet, you get nothing in return. Your goal should be to achieve your bodies natural max potential before you use any AAS.

    Like I said, don't worry about steroids right now, worry about getting a good diet in place, and a continuous steady workout regimen going.

    at your stats you probably have more fat on your body than muscle. steroids DO NOT CUT they build muscle. your bodyfat is way too high to cycle- your results will be hindered and your side effects will be high. test turns into estrogen inside of fat cell.

    diet is the place for you to start

    we dont do source checks here at all really and even if you did get one you need 45 days of activity and 100 quality posts. also, if you found a website on your own its probably fake.

    you need years of solid training to start, and you dont even workout? dude at your place in your life right now youll end up worse off than you started if you cycle.

    once you get that shit down you may be ready right now you are no where near ready, youll do more harm than good honestly.

    quit eating bad now
    go in the diet form, get yourself on a well rounded 6 meal a day cutting diet, or lean bulk diet.

    Well said guys.


    And as I always say, AAS are not magic beans. It takes hardwork in the gym, a clean diet, and dedication. Now you told us that you are not even lifting now so just leave AAS out of the question. There are plenty of things you can change to get that sculpted body. There are no shortcuts, no fast transitions, it all takes TIME in which you have to be patient.

    Ok, thanks for all the feedback, kinda what I thought. I started a 16 week gut-to-cut at the start of the summer, then got hurt 4 weeks into it. So I got off and pretty much turned into a lard ass for the rest of the summer. I'm so upset that I quite it. If anyone has ever come across it, it's www.homeworkoutguide.com. Very VERY intense 16 week journey. To bad I fail at life. Anyways, no one here seemed to answer why both my knees swelled up to the size of small melons to the point that I could barely walk...Virgin muscles? Again, thanks for all the input.

    thats not common it could be many things, id guess dirty gear, concentrated gear or virgin muscle. or you didnt give each injection location a 6-7 day break
