    first time test user... do i need arimidex?

    First of all I have never cycled before so I am pretty ignorant although I have done some research. I was talking with an experienced friend of mine and he has suggested that I start off with 12 ampules of test, 2ccs first two weeks, 1cc 8 weeks, and 1/2 cc last 2 weeks. Since it is my first time should I be taking arimidex as well? I am worried about aromatization, but like I said I am pretty ignorant... Do I need it, or since it is my first cycle will I be fairly safe? If I do need it; at what dosage and what times during the cycle?

    As far as what I am trying to do:
    I went from working construction (getting a work out everyday) and surfing 5 hours a day to sitting in an office and being married... Two years later I'm way out of shape. My goal is just to get strong, but I want to be lean (endurance).. not like runner lean, but I do not necessarily want to get "big" either. Any suggestions on if I should be taking test or something else. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

    stay away from your friends advice, just run 500mgs a week for 10 weeks along with .25mgs of armidex a day

    age
    height
    weight
    bf%
    diet summary/# meals per day
    years lifting / workout split
    cycle experience
    pct/estrogen control knowledge

    never taper, pick a dose, run that dose all week, all cycle

    I am 27, 5'10", 185lbs. Do no know what my bf% is but when I am in good shape i'm naturally at about 165 - 170. I've been working on my diet, 9am one egg and toast for breakfast, 11am snack (peanuts), lunch 1pm chicken salad or sandwich, 3pm snack, 5pm or 6pm dinner usually consists of whats available. I have worked out in the past pretty heavily, but just got back on about a month ago... cardio at 140-150bpm 40min., lat press 4s 15r, chest press 4s 15r, legpress 4s 15r. occasionally i do curls 3s 15r and behind the back press 3s 15r. I have no cycle experience this will be my first time (ever since I turned 25 my body has gotten noticeably harder to work with) i have no knowledge of pct/est control.
    I am really ignorant so what to take, dosage, and when to take it would really help out..

    okay bro were going to try to help you the best we can

    first im just going to assume your bf was a healthy 10%-12% when you were 170. so now with 15 pounds more of fat you are just over the bar for a cycle. before you take actual steroids, lets try to get your diet in check and get your bodyfat back to a good range. there are things you can take, like clenbuterol, that will help you lose bf%. at the bottom of my post ill give you some links.

    your diet has a good start, you have sort of a schedule, thats a great start bro! now we gotta make sure youre eating the RIGHT Tthings in those time slots, we have a diet forum packed full of bulking diets, cutting diets, and lean bulking diets, and you can ask anything you need in there.

    are you saying you work your whole body every day?
    the most effective way is to focus on one bodypart and destroy it, once a week.
    for example:
    monday- chest
    tuesday- legs
    wednesday- shoulders
    thursday- back
    friday- arms; bicep/tricep
    you can mix up your workout however you want thats just a rough example

    pct is post cycle therapy. when you take steroid your natural production of testosterone decreases and estrogen increases. when you come off you must control estrogen and raise those levels back up. also on cycle you need to control your estrogen... with things like arimidex.

    Ill get my weight and bf% in check before I start a cycle, but what do you recommend for my first cycle once I get back down to 10-12% bf? I only plan on using them to get back into shape, not long term (supposedly that's what everyone says b4 they begin using steroids, but I am really just trying to get back to fighting weight, and then maintain it naturally). I am watching the diet videos now, and plan on setting up a strict diet by the end of the night.

    Cycle recommendations

    I appreciate the feedback, and I hope i am not asking too much of you, but a specific plan would be awesome. I am pretty paranoid about screwing things up so as much detail as you are willing to give me would be great. I just want to do one cycle to get me where I need to be, then maintain it naturally.

    sounds great man you are being very mature about this we love to help people like you, most people just say KISS MY ASS I DONT CARE WHAT I EAT JUST TELL ME WHAT JUICE TO TAKE.

    its best to start with a single long ester test.
    a long ester means its injected 2x a week, as opposed to every day
    PT was dead right in his first post.
    testosterone cypionate or enanthate are the best choices
    weeks 1-10: 500mg of test, split 250mg shot on monday and thursday
    these take 2 weeks to leave the system so pct starts week 13

    So just to make sure I understand:
    -Cut body fat to 12%
    -Strict dieting
    -Take Test cyp or enth 10 weeks 250mgs Mon and Thurs. (Whats the mg to cc on these products?) with .25mgs arimidex daily ( that is one quarter of a milligram right?)
    - Cyp PCT begins 18 days after last shot / with Enth 14 days after last shot
    -PCT should include 20 - 40 mgs Nolvadex daily and 50 mgs proviron daily for 4-6 weeks.

    you got it down bro!

    .25 is quarter mg, correct

    when you buy test e or c it will say something like 250mg/ml, 200mg/ml. (be the way cc is just another way so say ml; 1ml = 1cc)
    just shoot 1cc each shot.
    for example if you get 200mg/ml to make math simple its okay to do 1ml each shot making 400mg per week total
