    Yeah, I am not trying to copy one8nine or Phate by posting their links for everyone to see. If more people would read one8nines "a brief guide..." thread, there would be a ton of answers to a lot of questions people had..... but that being said, it seems like once we get a great thread stickied, and add the word IMPORTANT next to it... no one reads it.

    I just started this thread to try and keep the links fresh for everyone, 97% of the links I posted are in one8nines thread.

    189 and Phate have both helped me tons. Directly and indirectly. i have read here longer than i was a member. But no way in hell i would come in and my first post be like some of the ones that are posted daily....

    I love the starter packs!!! Lots of good reading! Wish there was a way to steer all newbies (newbies to the workout scene,not the forum) to the diet and training section first. Seems some people give advice without any background info on the person. Like lock the steroid q+a until your approved to enter it. That would remove alot of unnecessary questions.
