I need help with my first cycle!!
Well let me tell you a little about myself.
I have never taken steroids
I am 22
I weigh 251lbs
My height is 6'1
I have been lifting seriously for 4 years
I took a 3 month break and just got back to the gym 2 weeks ago
I run about 1 mile 4 times a week
I was a powerlifter at 18% BF w/ lifts bench-350 squat-500 dead-550
I stopped powerlifting a year ago and started just working out.
So I ran into a buddy of mine and bought a 10 mL vial of test cyp at 250 per mL.
I want to do a cycle because no matter how hard I lift I just cant get cut. I have done a lot of reading and am overwhelmed by all of the information. Should I use just this vial at 250 mL a week since its my first time or is 250 per week not enough to do anything.
If it is, should I be taking any anti estrogens during the cycle or only after?
If I use Finasteride for my hair will it effect my hormones in a bad way?
If I can get a hold of some tren , should I combine it with the test cyp for a muscle building/cutting cycle (if that exists). Should I buy another test cyp so I can do 500 mL a week? What do I need to take to safely use this cycle without f-ing my body up?
If I do only test will I be able to lose fat with the new muscle I gain (and the calories they burn), or will I really have a hard time losing the bulky look.
Most importantly can the products online be trusted? Can I get winny online? Do you recommend it?
Can I go to a doctor and threaten to take steroids I get off the street and get the real stuff safely?
Sorry for the amount of questions. I have done a lot of reading and it seems like there are too many conflicting recommendations to continue without asking personalized questions. I sincerely appreciate your feedback. THANKS!!!

Honestly, you need to keep researching. You would know that if you did a cycle at your current stats its not the best idea. Your body fat is too high and that excuse,"no matter how hard I lift I just cant get cut." Have you looked at your diet? Steroids don't get you cut, it's all diet, and cardio, have you ever done any? Please post up a copy of your diet and with some tweaking you can get yourself on the right course and eventually be ready to cycle.

Diet
I wake at 8 and eat immediately
a multi vitamin and fish/flax oil
For breakfast
I usually eat
a large bowl of oatmeal w/ a banana or
eggs with rice and fruit or
a good whole grain cereal with fruit or
a meal replacement shake
COFFEE!!!(black)
2hrs later i'll have some fruit or some chicken or a shake
At 1 I like to have a large sandwich or any other meal consisting of a 40/40/20 split
then I usually lift between 2 and 5 depending on my sched
after I lift I take in protein via a shake, bar, or just food.
For dinner ill have chicken beef or fish with a brown starch and a veggie.
I don't eat after 8 and try to be asleep by 11
My BF is high because of the large amount of calories I took in during my powerlifting phase (5000-7000) per day. Ever since then I have been unsuccessful at cutting even though i take in much less. BTW my BMR is 2400 and I eat about 2800 because of my lifting (I feel like the extra excercise warrants the additional calories). Im afraid that if I drop the calories i'll shrivel up into nothing!
Do you think that AAS will work for me? Should I try some other kind of fat burner? What do you recommend. Thanks for the welcome!

no you dont need steroids at all
cutting is diet/cardio based
steroids build muscle

You really should get your diet down and really focus on what your long term goals are.

long term goals
well my long term goals are to weigh what I weigh but have about 10% BF. What would you suggest I do?

To elaborate, what I need to do is build about 25 lbs of muscle and lose about 25lbs of fat to be 250 at 10%BF

Using juice to help aid a good diet never bothered me.

Your kind of wanting 2 things at once here. You can do a test only cycle with clen and gain about 10lbs and lose 3-4% BF if your diet is in check. Or you can lose some more weight, bring your BF% down, but retain your strength. Its yours choice. Tren and T3 would help with the body fat but since you haven't used steroids b4, tren is a no no.

Thanks jc. As for noclock and war, that's why I posted my question. For opinions, not critical questions. FYI my one bottle of cyp is what I have to start out with as test is apparently what a beginner should use. I would appreciate your input on what else I need to get to accomplish my aforementioned goals.

this isn't a diet, it's a jumble of foods without any order, we need to know how much of each you eat, how often, the macros, help us help you
