    Definately not for beginners! I just shoot quick esthers all of the time. As long as I keep enough sites to hit, not a problem.

    BTW, cranberry juice helps if you have a bladder infection by making it difficult for the bacteria to stick to the walls of the bladder. I don't think it will do anything if you dont have an infection. But, cranberries are good for you with plenty of antioxidants!
