What is better for cutting fat, running long distance or doing hills and stairs?
if you want to cut fat and retain muscle mass,
strict diet and low intensity cardio.
running will burn through muscle and fat.
Prob the wrong place to post this I would guess.
this might sound stupid but what do you mean low intensity cardio?
