Stanabolic Harmful?

I just got a 20ml/50cc bottle of editedStanabolic.

Now the compounds that this has is the same from a Winstrol I used couple months ago...

Why is it that the edited Stanabolic bottle says is for animal use ONLY and that you shouldn't even give it to an animal if you plan on eating it?

Also the guy that gets me the Stanozolol told me that this one is stronger than the Winstrol he previously got me and that I should throw some Nolvadex into my cycle.

If supposedly editedStanabolic has the exact same compunds and ammounts on Stanozolol than Winstrol... why it says its not for human use at all... and why is it so necessary to use Nolvadex this time?

i belive most vet grade steroids say that yet myself and many others use it all the time. all i used to use was vet grade at one time and it always said, "not for human use"
