my first cycle, please suggest
I'm new to steroids .
1,80 height
74 kg weight
13,1% fat
I have a cycle for 10 weeks:
First 4 weeks, 2 weeks of then again 4 weeks:
Metrien 0,5mgr
Insulin from 1 to 10IU per day in two doses. Starts from 1 and goes to 10 and then again down to 1. Splitted half morning and half after workout (evening).
All 10 weeks:
200mg testo prop per week (tuesday and thursday at 15:00)
200mg testo eth per month (every 15 days, at 15:00)
grown hormone, 4 IU per day (2 IU morning and 2 IU evening after workout).
2 proviron (morning and night)
1 nolvadex (at night)
I usually workout at 20:00 and I finish at 21:30+
Now I'm on week no5. Results after 4 weeks:
82 kg
10,9% fat
Do you have anything to comment?

u gained 8kgs and lost 2% bf. keep going

I'm 29,5 yrs.
About insulin I made a mistake. It goes from 3 to 10.
Day 1 : 3
Day 2 : 4
Day 3 : 5
Day 4 : 6
... 7, 7, 8, 8, 9, 9, 9, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 9, 9, 8, 8, ... 3.
Yes, two testos. Prop and eth. Trainer said they are completely two different testos and they act totally different in body.
Is there any place to read about that?
What you suggest?

Stop everything your doing and do alot more research, your way off IMHO.

Ok put your trainer aside, and lets apply some common sense..How different do you think testosterone is when compared to testosterone???

The bodyfat measured (both before and after one month) by a Νutritionist/Occupational Therapist.
I don't think getting HG 4iu per day + testo two times per week is slightly more effective than just eating chocolate chips.
After all how it is possible to again 8kgs in 1 month and lower my fat more than 2% ?
Not to mention the strength on workouts. I'm stronger than ever.
Can you please advise me what is the first thing to change in this cycle? And don't tell me change all the cycle. I begin on this and I have to finish it somehow. Please, please, be more specific.
