    HRT or not

Say for example someone has a natural test level right around 250 and also below normal free test levels. 31 years old. Decent fitness shape. Never done steroids in his life so that is not the reason for low levels.

This person now does a 12 week Test E cycle and makes great gains.

Question is, what would you do next? Self medicate and cruise on test at a low 100-200/week dose. Or go through a whole PCT phase with Nolva and Clomid then re-check blood levels after a few months? As I have heard that sometimes your system can be "re-started" and you begin producing more test again. Doesn't make sense to me but I even heard a Endo doc tell me this.

Hehe, this example is actually myself

You can try a cycle and pct to try to get things going again.

Worse case scenario, your levels don't come back higher and you're back to your previously low levels.

I wouldn't advise self-medicating to the inexperienced though.

It's safer and wiser to do it under a doc's supervision.

well i knew i had blown my test levels so i just stayed on after my last cycle and cruise/trt at 200mg pw. i would have gone to my doc only for the fact she's 200 miles away and present employment dictates i cant travel up and down to her much.

i'll just add tht this isnt 'advice' its purely my own decision for myself

Main reason I wouldn't want to use a doc is that some of them just love the gels Also the regular blood checks would make it harder to run a real cycle.

if you have reached a satisfactory goal then its easy to maintain on trt (no more need for 'heavy' cycles). i now have resigned myself to the fact that 220lbs is my sweet spot weight, i dont have to eat like a pig to maintain it and its comfortable in other circumstances, but then i spent 15yrs getting to 190-210lbs naturally. it may be diff for you

I guess that makes a lot of sense. I am fine with my muscle mass and weight. I mostly am just looking for added strength for meets.

Maybe later i will just kind of use a maint dose of test and take stuff like Anavar , tbol, etc every few months for a good kick.
