How's this for a 3rd cycle????
Age:24
Weight:222
Height: 6'0
BF: 11%
Exp: 8 years
Looking for some advice on my 3rd cycle.
1st cycle, age 20
10 weeks
400mg Deca
2nd cycle, age 21
10 weeks
400mg T-400
400mg EQ
It's been about 3 years since my last cycle.
I am looking for some solid muscle without the bloat.
Thinking I will do...
wk 1-12 100mg prop EOD
wk 1-10 400 mg EQ
wk 5-12 25mg winny ED

Solid muscle without the bloat, as in lean muscle, or are you wanting to bulk?

I am just looking to add some quality muscle. I actually look pretty lean at 11% BF and just want to enhance that lean look with some solid, quality muscle.

If I had to make a cycle only using the 3 compounds you listed, I would personally only use the Prop. I have no use whatsoever with EQ and think it is a waste, and winny isnt something I would use for muscle size. So, with a good lean muscle diet, thats all I would use.

Never thought of running the prop solo. I through in the EQ simply because I had it in my 2nd cycle which went very well. I was looking for the winny to add a more shredded look. I have never used it before, but have friends who swear by it.
Hell my cycle would only be half what it would cost me just running the prop.
I appreciate the advice. I am going to check the boards and see if I can find some results from a straight prop cycle.

Test is test. As long as you are running the proper goal oriented diet along with it, and the training is set to your goals, it doesnt matter if it is prop, E or C.
