    Need Help

    Hello everyone i have been doing some research on this thread and other threads for a new era in my fitness. I played 4 years of college football so i know how to work out i just want more. Not sure of want to try Anavar with ephedrine or clen . Im not trying to get really big but i just want to loose fat.

    6'6 280 pounds.

    Agreed, there aren't any magic pills. Diet and cardio and since you played college ball for four years you know how important each of them is.

    yea i understand that its not a magic pill i totally agree. Right now i workout in the morning weights and my cardio is about 3 hours of pick up basketball, really good cardio. My deit is ok can be better i try and eat about 4 times a day using a protein shake as one of my meals. I lost 20 pounds i was 300 but i have been going back and forth from 280 down to about 275 and all my weight is around my belly (i hate it) lol but thanks for the advice

    Without a doubt you need to fix your diet up. Get into our diet forum and post up your daily diet in detail and we will fix you up!

    This is your problem. Your diet is "ok" but could be better. Dial down your nutrition first before considering drugs as the only solution to reach your goals.

    The nutrition section awaits you.

    FYI, no AAS will "cut" body fat. Diet/cardio/traning/rest will.
