gyno issues/how long to wait to start next cycle

okay so i came off of a cycle of test/tren just over 3 weeks ago. two weeks after being off I began with 150 mg clomid and 40mg nolva on day 1, then 50mg clomid and 20mg nolva, which i am still taking. My gyno is definitely there, although unnoticable by people when they look at me. I can tell the glands behind my nipple have swollen, especially on my right. they are a little bit puffy. It doesn't seem like a huge issue, i'm just wondering how much longer i should continue this pct until i start my next cycle, test enth, masteron enth and a little equipoise , without the gyno flaring up out of control

If you're only 1 week into PCT give it time it may go away. To truly be gyno from what I hear there has to be lump at least even without the sensitive sides.

How long was your cycle? 12 weeks?
12 + 2 + 4 = 18 weeks. Time one = time off.

Keep taking the nolva untill all sides have gone, this may mean extending nolva past your 4 week PCT.

yah i ran for 11 weeks, then two weeks until i started my pct. ok so i'll just keep them going for a while like i had planned, you're saying that i should stay off for another nine weeks tho?

Once your PCT is complete you should be staying off for 17 weeks. As Lovbyts said except you only ran 11 weeks, so: 11 + 2 + 4 = 17 weeks off once you complete PCT
