I suppose it depends on the dose. I am on TRT, so it looks like I will be running around 200mg Test Cyp per week...forever.

Has anyone actually charted significant gains past 12 weeks on the same dosage? Or on an increasing dose?

If your receptors become saturated no matter how much gear you pump into your body, all you'll do is maintain your size and waste a bunch of money. After about 8 weeks your gains will slow. So why stay on for 4 more weeks for 2-3 extra pounds?

Sanman why dont you read the section at the very top entitled "you gotta read this" by Ronnie Rowland. Its about 60 pages long, so pack a lunch. Theres alot of great info on there. ALOT. I am alway curious as to why no one refers people to that when they ask about cycle length. I blasted cyp for 20 weeks at 500 mg's a week. If I would have read Ronnies sticky up top I would have had better gains and results. Everyone responds differently to AAS, but Ronnie's info up top certainly gives you another angle to look at things. Time on = time off is brutal in my opinion.

12 weeks is good forca cycle. You don't want to stay on much longer. I'm on TRT so I usually run about 200MG a week.

Post your diet. It doesn't matter how long you run it if you're not eating right.

Strong androgens have been shown to upregulate the AR, not downregulate it. As you add muscle mass, you gain ARs. They don't get clogged or used up.
The issue of diminishing returns is much more complex than "AR saturation". It likely has much to do with myostatin, SHBG, and possibly other mechanisms we haven't even discovered yet.Last edited by Bonaparte; 04-13-2011 at 10:29 PM.
