    Cardio while on juice

Hi Guys, new to the world of steroids so have some questions. I have started on Sustanon . While on my cycle shall i be doing cradio? I am not sure as i don't know what effects it will have in the bulking up process. I am lifting hard at the gym but have read often that while bulking not to do cardio. I have posed this question here as i know i will get the best advice here.

When Bulking, just don't overdo it.. 15-20 min 3-4 times a week is sufficient..

I'm curious as to whether it will bulk you if you just do cardio and don't lift and eat a regular diet. I'm an endurance athlete. I hope it makes me faster.

Just eat accordingly to support how ever much cardio you want to do. Cardio is very good for you. There's nothing wrong with doing it every day. It seems like a lot of people like to use 'bulking' as an excuse to not do cardio, but if you're eating enough it shouldn't hinder your gains too much. The benefits outweigh the cons, the biggest con is of course that cardio blows.

I always do cardio whether "cutting" or "bulking".

Cardio keeps the fat at bay while gaining, increases hunger, helps with recovery, and works your most important muscle--your heart.

Sorry, but I can't imagine 15-20 min doing much at all.

Even when I'm growing I do 45 min 3-4xs a week and have no prob putting on muscle.

Do cardio 3-4 times per week at about 15-20 mins, but make it very intense! Also, you'll want to do your cardio with at least an 8 hour gap of time between your weight lifting session, i.e lift in morning, cardio later at night. This makes it so the cardio doesn't interfere with the anabolic effects of your lift.

Lifting has an anabolic response, but it is also a catabolic activity. After your workout is a great time to do cardio.
