    Delt Injection

    Is everyone in agreement that up to about 2cc is safe to inject in delts??

    I have read others going higher but at 2cc I think Im definiately in a safe area there right?

    2ml should be fine mate unless you are really skinny......................

    ^^x2, i have no problem getting 2cc's into a delt or quad, or even pecs for that matter
