    Looking to cut? But what to use! ??

    Hi, im currently weighing 104.9kg, around 20% Body fat and have been training for 3 years, i have done 1 cycle of deca test a couple months back and finished pct etc but now looking to cut up as much as possible

    I have been looking at Winny/Clen Cycle but have been told to include tren ace and test prop, but wanted to know more information on what pct i should use for this and if this is a good cycle, also what dosages to take and what sort of days etc to take.

    Any information would be good, or if you know of any other better cycles to use also have been told primo is good for cutting too. But im not a pro at this stuff.

    We all have to learn some where so no idiots saying bullshit please.

    Well i looked at that but heard that the anavar would be wasted from the potency of the test prop?

    your bf right now is way too high you need too get it down too 15 percent or so before considering cycling AAS will not burn fat for you . Your diet and cardio is waht is gonna do that . Head over too our diet section post your diet up then go from there

    Don't wanna loose any muscle in the process of burning fat though, So your telling me i cant take anything to help stop that, i need to harden my muscles up im probably less than 20% that was just a guideline, like i say been training for 3 years on the weights and been doing cardio alot too was running 6 miles a day for a couple months on n off. i used to be 18 stone 8 and lost 2 stone in fat. Im pretty lean just got stomach fat that needs to go but like i say dont wanna loose muscle in the process.

    I dont need to tweak my diet i eat **** all bad lol! Tuna Chicken veg for carbs Pure protein usn, Wholewheat bread. Dont eat anything else so diet cant be tweaked and im only just starting my cardio again.

    ^^^Post your diet and break it down with weights for your food as well as the macro nutrients. Sorry but you along with a million other people say your diet is amazing(myself included when I started on this forum.)

    Diet and cardio is the answer your looking for, till you get both in order you aint gonna get nowhere,

    Please stop giving advice, and OP do not listen to this guy.

    Diet and cardio are what burn fat, not anabolic steroids , simple as that. There is no magic pill otherwise everyone and their grandfather would be walking around with 6packs.

    I don't have a clue where you heard anavar would be wasted from the "potency" of Test prop but please stop listening to that clown.

    From your 4 posts, it is evident you need to spend a lot more time researching AAS, dieting, and training.

    If your not willing to change your diet there is no hope for you, sorry. Whole wheat bread is far from optimal too.

    I usually go for 60-80mg of Anavar daily, plus enanthate testosterone 900mg per week (300mg monday, 300 wednesday, 300 friday). Somtimes I go with stanazolol as well, 100mg "day yes/day no"

    As for cardio, I do morning cardio. Wake up, do my water intake (500ml), take clemb, go for walking (mid paced walking) for 30-45 mins. Come back, wait 30 mins, go for breakfast.

    Sweet potatoes and chicken breast (with no salt) the entire day...

    Yeah but I'm I have and I'm sure other are taking notice of you are quick to suggest aas to people who are not ready for it. You also seem to be quick to point out in a negative way that this site does not promote aas use to people who are not ready for it, educated or old enough just because they ask. Keep up with the advice like that it wont be long before you will be happy with your new forum since you wont be here any longer.

    Now as pointed out, you need diet and cardio. You didnt gain the wait in a week, month or even just a couple months so dont look for a miracle to remove it any faster than you put it on. If it took you a year to gain it expect to take almost as long to loose it. Anything else will be temporary and unhealthy. Visit the diet section and start learning how and what to eat. Yeah I had to do the same thing and I'm happy I did. Changing how I eat (6+ meals a day) was the best change I have ever made in my life but for some reason people dont want to take the obvious, easy and long lasting solution and want a pill to fix it and still eat like crap.
