Answer my question about my first winstrol cycle please!

    I'm 20 years old
    About 180lbs
    5'9

Looking to cut down fat for summer
I work construction 5 days out of the week
pretty physically demanding job, (lot's of stairs, carrying heavy loads)
when i put time in at the gym should i refrain from cardio as i get plenty working 8 hours a day?

Also should i be doing a high reps fat cutting workout plan?

    Post use of winstrol
Is there anything i should take to repair my body or keep gains?

I'm taking it orally, winstrol only

    i was thinking
    25mgs a day for 4 weeks?

    thanks

25mg a day will do nothing, stop being afraid and hit the threadmill and sort your diet, stop eating the shite all your workmates eat, simple as that

Don't try say I'm wrong, I work on site aswell so I know what little exercise you actually do (stairs and whellbarrow of concrete aint exercise)

    And stop drinking

If anyone ever decides to cut down, cardio is a solid must. Just cause you work hard on job sites doesn't mean your doing high intensity fat burning workouts.I also work on site and there are many hefty fella's out there, so thus proving construction does not replace cardio!
