    easiest muscle to pin???

Well I've done 3 months twice a week pins in each delt. .they get so sore now it obviously needs a break. I am looking for a new pain free muscle. Now I know I will get some pain but I don't want a spot like when I read of ppl having their leg so swollen they can barely walk. I'm also looking for a spot with little veins or anything else in the way. I was considering pecs or triceps. ...another concern is needle length. Do I change from the 1.3/4 ?

Have you considered glutes? Once I got past the virgin pain I absolutely love pinning them. never had swelling, redness and ever time I aspirated I was good

Quads by far are the easiest to pin. And if you're crippled or "can barely walk" after pining, then you did something wrong, no injection should cripple you, I put 4.5 ml. in my quad twice a week & never have more than some light bruising to deal with. 60 - 90 seconds per ml. its a good rule of thumb for pain free injections.

Quads is the easiest...even test prop stops hurting after a few pins. Theres a sweet spot that hardly has any veins. For me its a little above mid quad and a little to the outside. I hardly ever bleed there. If I pin anywhere else on my quad I always go through a vein and bleeds, not that it really matters...it doesnt hurt or anything.

But if you want 99.9% pain free with hardly any veins then the gluteus minimus is your spot. Its the spot where the small pocket on a pair of levis would be, on the side towards the front. Only issue with this spot is that its a small muscle so 1ml max. If youre stacking and injecting more than 1ml, this is not a good spot.

i love quads too. 4ml each time. pain may last 2-3 days, but i love pills. so i pop NSAIDS before the pain starts!

use your free hand to stretch the skin on the quad and master hand to dart the pin. almost painless going in. 25g, 1inch.

Dang!!!! 4 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes per pin. You go Bear. I don't have that kind of patience. I do agree quads are the easiest to pin.

the only trouble i have is squeezing 4ml of oil through the 25g. seriously, it takes forever. i can feel my fingers tiring, and got to rest after each ml. someone suggested i warm up the oil before pinning, but i haven't gotten round to trying that yet.

Absolutely. I do 2 ML daily and it takes 2 minutes. No discomfort.

See I cant do anything smaller than a 23awg. I normally use 22 only. Easy for Tren . Anything bigger and its a struggle.

quads, they are right there, no weir positions. Hwever i usually get more blood from aspirating there. Shooting that often in delts is bad idea imo cuz thy cant handle alot of oil unless your huge huge. I think your risking an abscess personally. I'd do quads, glute quad glute, then you get two weeks between the same site

Ive only been doing my glutes swapping side to side, but only doin a ml at a time had a little bruising to start minimal pain now 4 weeks in and no pain or bruising. I'm thinking of swapping to delts or somewhere upper body I know a lot of people say it makes no difference where you do it but I've also heard others say doin it in the delts helped to bring them up more ??

depends on how lean you are. I use 1". Usually anything smaller is ok for traps or delts.

Thanks austinite. I've been using 23 gage 1 inchers. Just ordered some 5/8 25 gage to try something smaller plus alternate from quads to delts

Quads are easiest to reach, and the pain isnt much to talk about after the first pin or two in each quad. The glutes are the most pain free, but harder to reach and pin by yourself.. i rotate glute, quad other glute other quad, so each are only gets pinned once a month . I havent ventured into anyother areas yet.

For most GLUTES are typically the easiest and most painless to inject.

Quads Glutes and Delts are the standard go to muscle groups for a reason, if you rotate you should be able to get some good milage out of them before you need to seek out more exotic locations.

There is no possible way it is easier to twist your upper torso around look at & pin your ass, than it is to sit down & pin the quad right front of you, no stretching, twisting, straining or mirrors. And again, the pain you cause yourself is in direct correlation to your patience.

Dang I'm backwards. I can't dart it in but I can push slowly but then I can't pin slow I have to get it over with. Only part I'm good with is leaving pin in for a little while and then pulling out fast. I'm gonna try what all you guys say and see what happens. But in my right ass cheek I keep hitting nerves or something. I go slow and about halfway in, just about everytime, it gets painful then I have to pull out a bit and try again. No, I'm not pinning same exact spot everytime either and it's only in right ass cheek

I think pinning slow does more damage. Unless you have a hand that is INCREDIBLY steady, you are tearing everything up inside. The tip of the needle is a razor blade. slight movement will cut things up in there.

I used to pin slow. But one day I decided to go for it and woah! Why the hell was I pinning slow in the past?

Smack dab in the center of the pec. Some go sideways in. Use 1/2 inch and most users dont go all the way in with the needle.

A.D. I even have a script to move up to 27ga 1" just haven't filled it yet due to a full box of 100 25's. Slower=better=less residual pain, IMO.

Glutes are my preferred... I feel less pain during the actual injection than anywhere else
