Looking to take my first cycle
Hey was just looking for advice on a first cycle to take.

First of all welcome to the boards. Read the educational threads for first cycle advice. We normally get the person to tell Us what they are proposing to take then go from there. Good luck and I promise if you read what's in the stickies you will gain massive amounts of knowledge!! Good luck and come back with a proposed cycle and we will see!!!

I've done a little of reading through out a bunch of different web sites and the only thing that's seems to keep coming up is to take a test only cycle at first. I was thinking of doing that n adding winstrol at the end

Well the smart thing to do would be get your bf down to 15% prior to your cycle.This will help you with sides like gyno high BP.I would also have your diet checked out by our diet section.How long have you been traing?

On and off for like 4 years now I just recently got a steady job where I'm able to keep a diet up and a regular routine at the gym

your borderline skinny fat. hit the Nutrition section for some diet info and carve yourself out a solid diet. determine your tdee and then hit the gym with your new diet and routine and smash those weights bro. make sure to add in some cardio to bring down your body fat to more reasonable level to ensure aas sides are at a minimum when you do decide to roll out a cycle.

I do an hour of cardio n 2 hours of weights every day different muscle groups but I will go and take a look around the diet section that's deff what's keeping me down

2 hrs of weights is way to much.40 min is good.

I usually go untill I can't any more is that a bad or good thing right now
