For advanced users and competitors: Can you help me to choose the right cycle?

I need to know what is the best cycle for a first timer to be ready for a competition?
The user is already ripped and muscular, has 6-pack, the goal is to gain muscle mass, he wants to compete so I told him to forget about deca because it is gonna be detected long after stopping it.

Many advices were about making test e a first cycle, if yes then what is the right second cycle for someone who wants to compete? How to prepare him and make him ready in about 6 months?

Cape, no need to be disrespectful here. Lunk1 was right when he said it is dumb. What makes it worst is that you were the one who suggested to speak my language and now you say it is rude to speak in front of others who don't understand. I didn't say Arabic because I know that you don't speak it, I just thought you were serious about helping my friend. If you were smart as you pretend to be, you wouldn't be asking stupid questions with adding more stupid comments like my stats and his stats, if you have seen my earlier threads you would know my stats. And again, I have asked a million questions earlier for me, why would I be shy to ask again.

BTW, I was so nice to you that I didn't correct your weird translator, but I got the idea, my English might be rusty but my mother language Arabic is not as you said. In my other threads I mentioned what language I speak and where I live.

Another thing, your silly Arabic comment was wrong, if you don't speak the language then don't try to show yourself as a smart guy, you said diet and hard work, sounds good in English, but the translator you used gave another meaning and as I said I tried to be nice and respectful unlike you.

This is a great forum with amazing members and info, and if all the members replies to the serious question the same way you do then it would be a mess. My advice is that to be more respectful, if you like to waste your time then do it without wasting ours. I asked a simple questions for my friend and look how you made the thread look like. For your friend. 6 months is usually not enough time to prepare for a contest.
I for instance bulked for a year and a half then cut for 15 weeks.
Have him run test e only for 12 weeks.
He will net to run it at 250 mgs per week 2 x a week
Also hcg @ 500 iu a week 2 x a week for the length of cycle
Also arimidex .25 mg eod
Then he should wait 15 days and start pct
Pct
Novla 40/20/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/50
I don't know what weight he is going for , she will need to adjust his diet accordingly

I still think this is for you not your friend. But whatever.
